Mission Trip to Togo: July 5–14, 2025

 

Motto: Be Hope Agent- Represent God's Love to Nations

 

Objective:

 

The purpose of the July 2025 mission trip to Togo includes:

1. Building Project: Supporting the construction of a new church and Hope Club site.

2. Ministry to Children and Youth: Engaging in evangelism and discipleship programs.

3. Ministry to Parents: Offering spiritual support and guidance.

4. Evangelism and Church Ministry: Participating in various outreach and ministry opportunities within the church.

 

Key Deadlines

• April 30: Recruitment of all participants to finalize housing arrangements.

• May 30: Completion of air ticket bookings.

• June 5: First virtual orientation session (1 hour).

• June 15: Completion and Submission of visa applications.

• June 29: Final virtual orientation session (1–2 hours).

• July 5: Departure from Atlanta.

• July 14: Return from Togo.

 

Pre-Trip Arrangements

• Health Requirements:

  • Obtain a Yellow Fever vaccination.

  • Update all necessary prescriptions.

  • Travel Insurance.

• Travel Documents:

  • Ensure your passport has at least six months of validity and three blank pages.

• Packing Suggestions:

  • Prepare one of the (2) pieces of your luggage to collect toys and gifts for children, including T-shirts (sizes S-M), as they are highly appreciated locally.

• Fundraising:

  • Assist in raising $15,000 to support the building project.

This mission trip represents an opportunity to serve the Togo community while advancing the gospel and fostering relationships.
